The IMPRESS Semi-Automatic V-Grooving system is a precision-engineered solution designed to bring industrial-grade accuracy to your packaging and board conversion workflows. This pneumatic-powered machine features a user-friendly 4.2″ HMI (Human-Machine Interface), which provides intuitive control over complex grooving tasks. A key advantage is the integrated pneumatic corner cutter, capable of performing precise right-angle cuts up to 100mm in length, allowing you to groove and prep corners in a single, streamlined process.
Engineered for versatility, the machine supports a wide range of media, handling rigid board and MDF up to 8mm thick. It offers a substantial 700mm working width and includes a Digital Read Out (DRO) for setting back margins up to 300mm with pinpoint precision. Despite its robust 200 kg industrial build, it operates efficiently on a standard 230V single-phase power supply and maintains a manageable footprint of 88 x 177 x 125 cm.
